Q. Signed up and Paid, Now What?
A. Once process is completed you will receive a Welcome email letting you know platform is active and ready for client information to be submitted. The first invite for review will be send right to your assigned on file, allowing you to see exactly what your clients will be receiving when your review request go out.


Q. How can I download my customer list needed for reviews?
A. We provide three ways to download customer list.

1. Through API integration when available, if you are using an applicable contact or database management system (ie Salesforce, Service Titan, SugarCRM and various others).

2. Login in and upload a CSV format

3. Logging in and manually adding individual client information.

4. *Coming Soon* PC. Apple and Android App for easy and on the go ability to add new client information


Q. Who decides what review sites are offered to your clients?
A. Utilizing our years of internet marketing experience we have developed a default list of 4 to 5 for each particular heading of business. In most case there will be a few additional review sites that will be off board but still monitored and providing you alerts for new reviews.


Q. How do I know a client has left a review?
A. An email alert for any unfiltered review left on the list of monitored review properties will be send within about 24 hours of being posted by the review site. We also provide a dashboard login for convenient access to monitor your reviews and various reputation lobby business listing services.


Q. Will reviews be streamed to your website?
A. Yes, we will provide you with a code to add to your website providing the ability to stream your reviews from the most popular and monitored review sites directly onto your company website. By default the stream will be of reviews with a positive mark of 4 or 5 stars, allowing you to highlight the most positive of your online reviews.

Q .Can we use our own video?
A. Absolutely, we worked hard to bring a high quality, clean and professional video as our default option but we will be the first to agree there is nothing better then a personalized message direct from the business itself.


Q. Is my information safe?
A. Yes, we store your information in secured database with its only being for the direct manner needed for the Reputation Lobby platform. We do not share, sell or use the information in any way shape or form.
